Customers are emailed consistently throughout the entire month and at the end of the month, all customers who haven't been emailed yet will receive their monthly vehicle update. This email will give them a brief update on their current vehicle including their estimated mileage and remaining term. Customers can access their Vehicle Wallet via the email to view more vehicle information and shop dealer inventory with their trade-in applied.

The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
