Shopper Suite is a turn key program, automated, that doesn’t need to be altered month over month. If there are changes, communicate to your Channel Support Representative on creative adjustments.

Onboarding

Yes.  However, it is recommended that we launch and turn-on services the first of the month and no later than the 15th; resulting in better performance.

The onboarding process typically takes 2 weeks, depending on the factors below:

  • Business responsiveness (provides logo, Facebook admin, provides “why buy”, etc.)
  • Website provider responsiveness (places Google tags efficiently)
  • Creative approvals are provided quickly

Conversion Reporting

The first (x) amount of customer identified will receive direct mailers. Mailers purchased will be used for monthly quota and will stop once the quota is fulfilled.

The mailers are sent to the shopper via USPS First Class mail.

Emails are sent out within 24 hours of the website visit which is within the range of finding out where they are, who they are and how we can reach them. We also cross reference the information with the US postal service to verify that we have a current and valid address and with public data exchanges to ensure we have the best possible information.

If the dealer did not start the 1st of the month, all opportunities prior to them launching for the month will show as "Missed Opportunities."

Missed Opportunities can also be referred to as hitting quota.

Example:

Business XYZ purchased the SS500 program and has a monthly average of 1000 addressable households, the remaining 500 addressable HHs will be acknowledged as a "Missed Opportunity."

If there is a feed, the previous months data will reflect once sales all sales are finalized.

If we are pulling data from an excel, our team will have the data reflected within 48 hours of upload.

The Shopper Suite Portal gives the ability to see the activity of the individuals visiting the site, including their address, a Google street view of their home, whether or not they were mailed/emailed, etc.  In addition, if sales/service data is sent to us, we’ll also be able to show the matchbacks/conversions, specific for each customer and their associated address.

Shopper Suite also gives insight into the customers buyer journey, where they are at in their buying process. We measure their average shopping time, average pages visited and correlate that with the sales/service data captured.
