fullthrottle.ai® helped us connect our franchisor and franchisees through a unified advertising strategy, using household intelligence and multiple marketing channels to support growth across our franchise network.

National Bath Remodeling Franchise

The primary objective was to give corporate marketing teams a centralized view of participating locations’ campaigns, audiences, budgets, and results while maintaining consistent brand guidelines and promotional messaging. At the same time, individual franchisees needed an easy way to identify relevant homeowners, activate advertising across multiple channels, and measure performance without requiring extensive media-buying expertise.

The franchisor also wanted to strengthen the connection between local advertising investments and business outcomes, making it easier for franchisees to report campaign performance and sales activity back to the franchisor.

By bringing these capabilities together, the franchisor aimed to support growth across multiple markets without sacrificing the local relevance that individual franchisees needed.

With local advertising efforts spread across different campaigns and channels, gaining a complete view of franchise marketing performance was a challenge. Corporate marketing teams needed visibility into which campaigns were running, which audiences were being targeted, how budgets were allocated, and whether advertising was contributing to measurable business outcomes.

At the local level, franchisees faced their own obstacles. Some were experiencing declining performance from traditional paid search efforts, while others wanted to reach new clients or reconnect with homeowners who had previously expressed interest in bathroom remodeling. Managing additional advertising channels and reporting results back to corporate could add complexity for franchisees already focused on operating their businesses.

fullthrottle.ai® provided National Bath Remodeling with one unified advertising platform to connect corporate marketing oversight with local campaign execution. Rather than managing individual franchise marketing efforts across disconnected systems, corporate teams could oversee campaigns, audiences, budgets, and performance while maintaining consistent brand guidelines across participating locations.

For franchisees, the platform simplified local advertising by enabling each location to identify first-party addressable households within its own service area and activate campaigns across display, Connected TV, online video, audio, and SmartMail. Household intelligence also helped locations identify homeowners at different stages of their remodeling journey, allowing them to tailor advertising to local demand instead of relying on one national audience. With a self-service workflow, franchisees could manage localized campaigns while staying aligned with the franchisor’s broader marketing strategy.

Through SafeMatch® Attribution, the platform also connected advertising activity with customer transactions, giving franchisees a way to report measurable business outcomes back to corporate. One participating Michigan location put this approach into practice by identifying 13,822 unique households across three audience segments and activating a coordinated display and SmartMail campaign.

National Bath Remodeling gained a centralized platform for overseeing participating locations’ marketing campaigns while giving individual franchisees the flexibility to reach homeowners within their own service areas. The account’s audience intelligence dashboard identified 24,093 household audience profiles available for advertising activation, providing insight into potential audiences for localized campaigns. Each franchisee could use these insights to target relevant households within its own service area rather than relying on a shared audience across all locations. This approach gave the franchisor a more connected view of its marketing opportunities while supporting localized campaign execution across participating locations.

One Michigan franchise demonstrated the value of localized execution. Its coordinated campaign delivered 424,964 display impressions and 1,250 SmartMail pieces, reaching homeowners through digital and direct mail touchpoints. More importantly, the location reported nine sales totaling $115,400, connecting campaign activity with measurable business outcomes through fullthrottle.ai’s platform.

Following a review of these results, National Bath Remodeling and fullthrottle.ai® discussed reallocating advertising budget to additional channels, including Connected TV remarketing. This demonstrated how location-level performance reporting could inform future media decisions while remaining connected to the franchisor’s broader marketing strategy.
